The format has evolved over the years -- through multiple projects, platforms, and chapters of life -- but the spirit of it has never changed.
Decades of research, lived experience, and spiritual practice followed. He has worn many hats: father, adventurer, student of the world. He has navigated personal loss, deep change, and rebuilding -- and through all of it, kept his channel open. His guides have been consistent companions through the hardest chapters.
